which term shall mean and include its successors, administrators, executors and

AND WHERE AS The Employee has

AND WHEREAS the Employer felt
it necessary to enter into a service bond of ____ Years [approximately or till the successful completion of the Probation

cost incurred by the Employer in respect of process of selection, training,
induction etc.
AND WHEREAS the Employee has

and be employed in this Company, or concern or associates to which the Employee's
